Private orders require the owner's OAuth approval. Public Etsy APIs do not expose private sales history. No credentials in chat.
Data directions / Datenrichtung
Two separate steps:
- Mark selected internal items as eligible for Etsy.
- Review mappings, stock and the exact listing payload; approve Publish now separately.
Eligibility does not publish a listing or create an Etsy fee. Existing Etsy listings are read for identity/reconciliation; they do not automatically create Medusa products. No bidirectional product master.
Historical REST import / Historischer Import
Explicit UTC window for receipts. Ten source records per batch, durable checkpoints and resumable runs. Empty tables do not mean zero orders. Listing states require separate runs.
Continue a batch after interruption. Retries upsert native IDs, not duplicate records. Rate-limit pauses are respected. Full-history completeness must be reconciled, not assumed from a successful request.
Live order notifications / Live-Bestellungen
Durable signed webhook inbox: paid, canceled, shipped and delivered events. Configure only after successful OAuth and if Etsy exposes webhook subscriptions for this app.
https://plenty2do.patrick-4ce.workers.dev/api/etsy/webhookNo webhook subscription has been created. The receiver verifies HMAC, timestamp and shop, then records a durable inbox entry. Process buttons fetch the current receipt; automatic polling/dispatch is not yet enabled. Webhook URL is different from the OAuth callback.
Saved channel eligibility groups
Use the KD24 Items dashboard checkboxes and Etsy eligibility. Saved groups remain eligible, not published.
Archived source previews
These are bounded archive pages, not a certified complete ERP dataset or whole-shop totals. Buyer identity is derived from Etsy receipts; no cross-business CRM merge.
Stock reconciliation — no write actions
We still need an operational inventory ledger and an approved source of truth. Etsy sales alone cannot prove physical/net stock. Match source listing/variation IDs, initial dated stock, Plenty duplicate bookings, other channels, cancellations/refunds/returns and manual movements. Commission-made items must not be treated as physical units on hand.
